Because most of our products are fresh, perishable, and organic, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure food safety while protecting your rights as a consumer. Please read our guidelines below:
1. Perishable Items
(Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, Dairy, Eggs, & Meat)
- No Physical Returns: Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh produce, country chicken eggs, and dairy products, we cannot accept physical returns of these items once they have been delivered.
- Damaged or Spoiled Items: If you receive fresh items that are damaged, spoiled, or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery, please notify us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
- Proof Required: To claim a refund or replacement for perishable items, please send a photograph of the damaged product along with your order number to our customer care team via email or WhatsApp.
2. Non-Perishable & Packaged Items
(Ghee, Honey, Grains, etc.)
- Return Window: For packaged, non-perishable organic items, you may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and seals intact.
3. Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our farm or warehouse for a full refund.
- After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched (especially fresh dairy or harvest-to-order vegetables), cancellations cannot be accepted.
4. Refund Process
- Once your request is received and inspected (via photos or physical inspection of packaged items), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or as store credit/wallet balance, depending on your preference) within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Missing or Wrong Items
If any item is missing from your delivery or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange to send the correct item or issue a refund for the missing product.
