1. Accepted Methods of Payment

To ensure convenience and security, we accept a wide range of digital payment options through our integrated secure payment gateways:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and RuPay.
• UPI Payments: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other major UPI applications.
• Net Banking: Direct transfer options from all leading Indian banks.
• Digital Wallets: Supported mobile wallets via our payment partner.

Please Note: To ensure contactless processing and verify farm-to-table supply routing, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless explicitly offered at checkout for your specific delivery pin code.

2. Order Authorization & Pricing

• Price Inclusions: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly detailed at checkout before payment confirmation.
• Price Modifications: Because organic produce depends on seasonal harvests and daily farm collections (such as fresh milk or country eggs), prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price locked during your checkout process will remain final for that order.
• Payment Authorization: Your order will only be processed and scheduled for harvest/dispatch once full payment authorization is confirmed by our bank or payment gateway.

3. Subscription / Recurring Orders

For daily or weekly farm essentials like organic milk, country eggs, or seasonal vegetable boxes:

• Payments for scheduled subscriptions must be maintained via a pre-funded wallet balance on our website or through authorized automated recurring billing.
• If a recurring transaction fails or your wallet balance drops below the required minimum, deliveries will be temporarily paused until the account is funded.

4. Training & Farm Visit Bookings

• Fees for specialized trainings (such as Bee Keeping or Organic Farming workshops) must be paid 100% in advance to secure your slot.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific event guidelines, registration payments for trainings and scheduled farm visits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session if notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Your security is our absolute priority. **Prashanth Organics** does not store or process your financial data directly on our servers. All transactions are handled safely via encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways equipped with industry-standard SSL encryption protocols.
